Description

MetaFTPD is a PAM-aware chrooting FTP server with support for a number of features that I find useful, including PORT and PASV transfers, IP6 support (passive mode only), file locking, 'hook scripts' run when an action happens, it's own authentication system seperate from system auth, specifying a range of ports to use for data-connections, STRU T mode (tar file transfers), MODE Z compression, SITE PROXY, SITE SYMLINK, SITE CHMOD, SITE UTIME, SITE UMASK, SITE ZONE, SITE TIME and SITE IDLE.
